I would like to know some details about the end of service benefit in Qatar. I have been working for the past 4 years. Our company is going to terminate me. I want to know how much end of service benefit I will get?

As per Qatar law you are entitled to get 21 days of your salary every year.
If your salary is 3000 QR your end of service is calculated as below.
3000 QR / 30 Days = 100 QR per day.
Benefit per year = 100 QR x 21 days = 2100 QR
4 years benefit = 4 years x 2100 QR = 8400 QR.
Your Total End of Service Benefit will be 8400 Qatari Riyals.
If your salary is 3000 QR your end of service is calculated as below.
