Key accountabilities of the role:

Purpose The Public Relation Officer handles all administrative procedures and associated documentation requirements related to Company activities in order to comply with applicable rules and regulations of Qatar.
 Documents clearing with authorities related to import and export materials
 Clearance of all company documents at the Ministry of Labor and Immigration related to    Employees Visa and work permit & online e-Government usage....etc,
 Document Clearance Document Writing and Legalization Document Processing pertaining Company activities with concerned Government Departments, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of foreign affairs, all ministries of Qatar & embassies matters etc...,

Skills :
Having 6 years dynamic experience in immigration officer (Mandoob /PRO) job
Strong knowledge of the Qatar labor & Trade laws.
Excellent reading, writing & communication skills in English & Arabic.

Well versed in typing skill ( English & Arabic).
High  level of interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively particularly with Qatar government bodies.

Interpretation & Translation skill Arabic-English-Arabic.

Having strong IT skills (Microsoft office package specifically outlook / Word / Excel / Power Point / E-mail / Internet Browsing & E-government usage.
